Knitting & Turkey Burgers

Breakfast - Crumpets and a pear with green tea.

When my internet wasn't working I was watching a lot of movies,
so I decided to buy some yarn so I didn't feel like I was wasting my time completely.
Not very summer-y... But hey. Isn't the yarn pretty though?

Outfit for the day -

( Shorts - H&M, Shirt - Urban Outfitters)

Wearing the tights I bought yesterday...

 (Tights & Shoes - Penneys)

Dinner - Turkey and Feta Cheese burgers (idea from my friend Lauren) on something called Tiger Bread with Indian something sauce on them.
Made with my other friend Sarah...they were awesome :)

Polaroid

So I have a polaroid camera and some film, but it's so heavy I hardly bring it anywhere!
But, I did bring it to Leiden last summer..

This is using some of the Impossible Project's film,
though I think they don't sell the one I used anymore. Ah well.

A Day in the Life

As usual, as the summer comes up, I have more free time
(i.e. I have exams which I am not studying for...yet)

So I've had enough free times to take pictures of things like this

Breakfast - Strawberry Pop Tarts and black tea

I recently painted my nails this lovely colour blue,

(Rings - A present from my aunt and uncle and a souvenir from Malta)

And proceeded to go out and buy two more colours cause I liked it so much!

 (From H&M)

Lunch - Stir fry involving Okra, Baby Corn, Mushrooms, Onions, and Shrimp

Then I went shopping in search of black tights...

(Penneys (or Primark in the UK))
And blue Oxfords/Brogues

(New Look)

So now I have three pairs!

(Pennys, New Look, Schun)

Er... four pairs. I forgot about the ones I was wearing...

(New Look, Urban Outfitters)

Which I am wearing with this dress, which I got on Ebay last year

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed these photos,
I'm thinking that they might just be something I try and do more often.
Plus, they're current (shock)!!

Festival Times

Around Edinburgh during the Fringe -

I actually saw that show in the middle called Odyssey - very cool.

You know, drink some Cow Ale...

And send some postcards!

Edinburg Fringe

These photos are from outside one of the big Fringe venues.
I just loved the globe lights against the college buildings.

Finally in Ireland

Alright so jumping forward in time, though I'm still way back in September (eek!!)

This is Howth, which is a town that is on a peninsula right out side of Dublin County.

Basically it's just very pretty, and there's lots of fresh seafood.

Around Haarlem

Sometimes when walking around Haarlem you'll find a bike...

 That belongs to the Ivy.
Or a bed..

That thinks it's a bench.

Haarlem #3

More of St. Bavo's Cathedral. I uploaded a ton of photos from Sicily, where I just spent a week with my parents, so maybe...one day... they'll be up?

I'm actually just obsessed with the organ:

Can you see why? Amazing!

Haarlem #2

Right - Going through my photos I found a bunch that had been edited and are ready to post.
As it's coming up on summer, I might as well once again try to post things here...haha.

St. Bavo's - Haarlem

(This post has been in the, "Ready to be Posted" section for about... 3 months. Eeesh)

We're talking Haarlem in Holland, not in NYC.
St. Bavo's is a massive cathedral - well known for it's organ, which has been played by Handel and Mozart.
